Imprinted orders are available in 8 working days. Unprinted orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Production time begins after approval of your artwork and credit.

For New accounts, a credit application must accompany your order. Please allow 5 days for processing.In some instances it may be necessary for new orders to be pre-paid. Orders will not ship without credit approval or prepayment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Red Wing acknowledges every order in writing. Please review carefully and contact us immediately with discrepancies. Any changes made to any order after receipt must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges.

Small quantities (100 - 4,999 pieces) ship exact. Large Quantities (5,000 + ) are subject to10%-15% Over/Under run.

$50.00 (V) per color. Not available on all products. Exact color matches are not guaranteed. PMS colors will vary on colored bags. Click here for standard ink and hot stamp colors.
On all new imprinted bag orders, a one-time plate charge will be required. Plates will be kept on file for all re-orders within the past 36 months.
$25.00(E). Absolute imprinting minimum is 50% of first column quantity.

Cancellations must be in writing and are subject to all incurred costs, including, set-up and plates charges.
Only unprinted bags may be returned. Red Wing must be notified within 30 days and a Return Authorization number must be assigned by our billing department. A 20% restocking fee applies as well as all original freight and return freight charges.
For better service, please specify your deadline use date and requested shipping method. As it is common for Red Wing to ship early, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipping method to meet your deadline.
